I don't. Rather than watch a 3 minute commercial/excuse from AT&T, I'd rather have the essential written for me which I could then scan and comprehend in far less time. Same with the Gary Kelly interview. While its nice, sometimes it best to offer both - maybe a transcript? And at work, I rarely do the volume thing. If anything, frequent, smart and educated business travelers have really honed their reading comprehension skills and learned to tune out the "noise", "McNews" and commericals that bombard us from all sides.
