		<description>Not sure how you know or prove that &quot;frequent travelers&quot; prefer video clips.  I don&#039;t.  Rather than watch a 3 minute commercial/excuse from AT&amp;T, I&#039;d rather have the essential written for me which I could then scan and comprehend in far less time.  Same with the Gary Kelly interview.  While its nice, sometimes it best to offer both - maybe a transcript?  And at work, I rarely do the volume thing. 

If anything, frequent, smart and educated business travelers have really honed their reading comprehension skills and learned to tune out the &quot;noise&quot;, &quot;McNews&quot; and commericals that bombard us from all sides.
