I flew from SNA to ATL and travel with cords for my laptop and electronics. TSA saw them bunched up, and required me to empty my entire laptop bag pack. The laptop was on the side, waiting for inspection, which one of the TSA did not notice. This resulted in heavy questioning on how my laptop appeared there, in the bin, where he left it, under the other bin. If you travel with cords for stuff, just be ready for them to look at you with concern.
